Qari Technologies is an Islamic technology brand operated by Kunn Solutions, Pakistan.

1. About Qari Technologies

Qari Technologies develops and manufactures Islamic electronic products and provides OEM, ODM and private-label product-development solutions for publishers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, brand owners and other organizations.

Our international operating network includes product and technology development in Pakistan, manufacturing operations in China, regional operations through PT Qari Technologies Indonesia and logistics support through partners in the United Arab Emirates.

References in these Terms to “Qari Technologies,” “Qari,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to Kunn Solutions and, where relevant to the particular interaction, the applicable Qari Technologies entity, operation or authorized representative involved in providing the relevant service.

2. Purpose of This Website

Qari.me is primarily a corporate, product-information and business-enquiry website.

The website provides information concerning:

8. Quotations, Orders & Commercial Agreements

10. OEM, ODM & Private-Label Enquiries

Qari Technologies welcomes enquiries relating to OEM, ODM, customized product development and private-label manufacturing.

Submission of an idea or requirement does not automatically mean that:

Qari Technologies has accepted the project;
the concept is technically feasible;
exclusivity has been granted;
intellectual-property rights have been transferred;
manufacturing capacity has been reserved; or
a confidential relationship has been created beyond any obligation imposed by applicable law.

Specific development projects may require a separate non-disclosure agreement, development agreement, quotation or OEM/ODM agreement before detailed confidential information is exchanged.

You should not submit highly confidential trade secrets through a general website form unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement or secure communication method has first been established.

11. Project Files & Customer-Supplied Content

For OEM, ODM, Pen Qur’an and private-label projects, customers may provide materials including:

Qur’an files;
publication files;
translations;
audio;
recitations;
logos;
trademarks;
artwork;
packaging;
photographs;
designs;
technical drawings;
educational material; and
other intellectual property.

By providing such material, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary authorization, licence or legal right to provide it to Qari Technologies and to have it used for the proposed project.

You remain responsible for obtaining any publishing, copyright, trademark, licensing, regulatory or other permissions required for customer-owned content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, providing material to Qari Technologies does not transfer ownership of that underlying customer material to Qari Technologies.

12. Qari Technologies Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, Qari Technologies retains ownership of its proprietary intellectual property, including applicable:

product technology;
software;
firmware;
source code;
coding systems;
Pen Qur’an reading technology;
coding layers;
audio-mapping systems;
product designs;
technical processes;
know-how;
development methods;
proprietary content;
databases;
technical files; and
other intellectual property developed or owned by Qari Technologies.

The precise ownership and permitted use of intellectual property created or supplied during an OEM/ODM project may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Nothing displayed on qari.me transfers intellectual-property rights to any website visitor.

13. Website Content & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the contents of qari.me—including its:

text;
product descriptions;
graphics;
photographs;
illustrations;
videos;
icons;
layouts;
designs;

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the importer, distributor, publisher or local commercial partner is responsible for determining and satisfying requirements applicable to the importation, registration, publication, marketing, sale and distribution of products within its own jurisdiction.

Qari Technologies will provide relevant product or technical information where reasonably available and required under the applicable commercial arrangement.

24. Privacy

Personal information collected through qari.me is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By providing personal information, you acknowledge that it may be processed for purposes such as:

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law grants to users in another jurisdiction and which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute relating solely to the use of qari.me and not governed by a separate commercial agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [LAHORE, PAKISTAN], unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

Where a separate commercial agreement contains its own governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions, those provisions will govern disputes arising under that agreement.
